Starting price for the defined small-property scope. The final quote confirms content quantities, booking compatibility, editing workflow, third-party costs, taxes, payment milestones and handover. Existing written offers remain unchanged.

We discuss your property, current provider and timing first. If the project fits, we prepare a small personalised concept: a homepage direction with selected sections, not a finished website. There is no obligation to buy.

After full payment, the commissioned website and source code are handed over to you. Third-party assets and services keep their own licence terms. You can choose another hosting or support provider.
We agree which content you need to edit and demonstrate the editing setup before the build is approved. Handover includes instructions for the agreed editing workflow.
No. Care is a separate €99/month service after launch. It includes hosting, routine technical maintenance and 30 minutes of text or photo updates each month. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes and new integrations are quoted separately.
New photography, paid software subscriptions, booking-provider fees, extra languages, campaigns and new features are separately scoped. Total cost, applicable taxes, payment milestones, service start and exit terms are confirmed in writing.
